Final Presentation

 I heard your story and learned a lot for the first time.  I love chicken nanban so much that I often choose it when I buy lunch boxes.  But I had never thought about the birthplace of chicken nanban.  Thanks to you, I learned that chicken nanban has begun to be made in Miyazaki.  Also, you introduced two chicken nanban shops, both of which looked much better than the chicken nanban I had ever eaten.  Especially, I wanted to eat Nao-chan's chicken nanban.  I was wondering what a chicken nanban without tartar sauce looks like.  It's spring break soon, so when the coronavirus has settled down, I'll go to Miyazaki and eat chicken nanban.  I also thought that the local chicken nanban character clerk was very cute.

New Years Food

  Tsuyoshi Horikawa He talked about New Year's culture and history of zouni, rice cake. I was very interested in dangerous rice cake. Fuka Inomoto She talked about mochi and got, ways to eat mochi, shape of mochi. She said that circle mochi is eaten in Kansai region, rectangle mochi is eaten in Kanto region. Kyoka Unoki She talked about various zouni and zenzai. I thought that zouni contained kaki looks very delicious.  Honoka Kohama She talked about zouni and osechi in Japan, France, Italy, Korea etc... . I thought that Tottoku in Korea looks very delicious. Rina Matsunaga She talked about osechi. I understood that odd numbers are positive numbers and even numbers are negative numbers.
